All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment for the order. Nip Naps operates on a "no back-orders" policy - in other words, we make it our business to make sure we have stock of every item on our web page.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will provide a full refund less shipping and handling costs on unused, unwashed, resalable products for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact Nip Naps (+61 (0)43 887 3122) before returning goods and include your receipt with the return.

Warranty

All goods are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Nip Naps will bear the cost of returning faulty goods. A full refund or replacement goods will be provided. Please contact Nip Naps (+61 (0)43 887 3122) before returning faulty goods and include your receipt with the return.

Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard), cash, money order, personal cheque, bank cheque or direct deposit. Please make direct deposits to:

New Zealand customers please ensure any bank cheques or money orders are made out in Australian Dollars. Payment by direct deposit and personal cheque is not available for New Zealand customers. All transactions will be carried out in Australian Dollars.
