Postage & Handling Information

Australia

Shipping to destinations in Australia is via Australia Post's regular parcel service. Nip Naps charges $2.50 to ship one cover or one swimming nappy anywhere in Australia. All other orders are charged a flat rate of $5.00 per order for postage and handling irrespective of the size or value of the order. Parcels usually arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch however it depends to some degree on where you live (we ship from Sydney).

New Zealand

Orders to New Zealand are dispatched via Air Mail. Parcels typically take one week to arrive. Orders of one cover or one swimming nappy only will be charged a postage and handling fee of $7.50. Orders up to $200.00 will be charged a postage and handling fee of $15.00 and orders over $200.00 will be charged a postage and handling fee of $30.00.

Trial Offer Free Postage

The "Trial Offer" includes free postage and handling to anywhere in Australia. If including additional items along with a "Trial Offer" in your order, normal P&H charges will apply.

Special Delivery

We can also offer Express Post, Registered Post, Postal Insurance etc. Just contact us and we will organise it for you (may incur an extra charges).

If you are in Sydney and would like to collect your order, please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
