Orders
All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment for the order.
Nip Naps operates on a "no back-orders" policy - in other words, we make it our business
to make sure we have stock of every item on our web page.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will provide a full refund less shipping
and handling costs on unused, unwashed, resalable products for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty
All goods are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from
the date of purchase. Nip Naps will bear the cost of returning faulty goods. A full refund or replacement
goods will be provided. Please contact Nip Naps (+61 (0)43 887 3122) before returning faulty goods and include
your receipt with the return.
Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, money order,
personal cheque, bank cheque or direct deposit. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

All goods must be fully paid for before dispatch. Our on-line credit card service is secure,
however if you prefer you can telephone Nip Naps (+61 (0)43 887 3122) with your order
and payment details and we will be more than happy to help you. We also offer a
flexible Layby facility.
Privacy
Nip Naps is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you,
is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.
We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable)
and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
Nip Naps uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in
your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Nip Naps only last while you're browsing our website.
We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
